BURT'S CAJUN SAUSAGE

Alligator Sausage:
This is Cajun Sausage at its best. Made from lean Alligator tail meat mixed with lean pork and then seasoned and Hickory smoked. This is truly a Great Cajun Sausage. Can be used in dishes or heated up on the grill and enjoyed by its self. This one of our most popular sausages that we make.
Comes in one pound or five pound bags.

Andouille (An-do-wee): The most flavor able and most used sausage made in Louisiana. Andouille is made with chopped lean cured ham, highly seasoned and the hickory smoked. Andouille is used for seasoning Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans, and many other dishes. It is also great served by itself.
Comes in one pound or five pound bags.

Cajun Boudin (Boo-dan): This is a Southern Louisiana speciality Sausage that is made with lean pork and rice. The pork is cooked and then ground and mixed with the seasoned rice for a Great Cajun flavor. Boudin is fully cooked and can be prepared on a grill, steamed, oven, or fried. Boudin can be eaten as an appertizer, entree, or as a side dish.

Cajun Tasso: Tasso is a highly seasoned ham that is smoked. Tasso is one of the most popular Cajun Seasonings for all cooking. It is used in Vegetables, Seafood, Gombo, Soups, Pasta, Eggs, and just about everything else.
Comes in five pound bags.

Cajun Country Smoked Sausage: Made from pork and blended with a true Our Own Cajun Seasoning. This sausage can be used in any dish and always eaten by its self.

Crawfish Sausage: This is a blend of Crawfish Tail Meat with pork and then seasoned just right so that you still have the Crawfish flavor. Can be used in dishes or eaten by its self, heat it up and enjoy, already fully cooked.

Shrimp Sausage: This is a blend of Boiled Shrimp and pork and we add just the right seasoning. It is then Hickory Smoked and ready to eat. Can be used for seasoning or heated up and enjoyed by its self, already fully cooked.
