| Alligator Sausage: This is Cajun sausage at its best. Made from lean Alligator tail meat mixed with lean pork and then seasoned and Hickory smoked. This is truley a great Cajun sausage. Can be used in dishes or heated up and enjoyed by itself. Andouille (An-do-wee) Sausage: The most flavorable and popular sausage made in Louisiana, Andouille is made with chopped lean cured ham, highly seasoned and then hickory smoked. Andouille is used for seasoning Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans, and many other dishes. It is great by itself. Cajun Boudin (Boo-dan): This is a Louisiana speciality sausage that is made with lean pork and rice. The pork is cooked and then ground and mixed with the season rice for a great Cajun flavor. Boudin is fully cooked and can be prepared on a grill, steamed, oven, or fried. Boudin can be eaten as an appetizer, entree, or as a side dish. Cajun Tasso: Tasso is a highly season ham that is smoked. Tasso is one of the most popular Cajun seasonings for all cooking. It is used in Vegetables, Seafood, Gumbo, Soups, Pasta, eggs, and just about everything else. Country Smoked Sausage: Made from pork and blended with a true Cajun seasoning. This sausage can be used in any dish or just eaten by itself. Crawfish Sausage: This is a blend of crawfish tails with pork and then season just right so that you still have the crawfish flavor. Can be used in dishes or eaten by itself, heat up and enjoy, already fully cooked. Shrimp Sausage: This is a blend of Boiled shrimp and pork and we add just the right seasoning. It is then Hickory smoked and ready to eat. Can be used for seasoning and heat up and enjoy, already fully cooked. Burt's Cajun Seasoning: Can be used in your cooking to spice up your dish, and is Great when used in place of salt and pepper on top of your favorite foods. Burt's Butt Rub: This is a great rub for putting on pork or beef and then letting the meat marinate for 24 hours before you cook it. It can also be put before and during cooking. Burt's Chicken Rub: This has a lemon pepper taste and is great for rubbing on the chicken before you smoke or Bar-B-Que it. Burt's House Seasoning: This is a blend of the seasonings that can be used we preparing your meals, an all in one. |
